(1) How to use coupons and deals at Dealzin.com

All online coupon codes and promo codes listed at Dealzin.com are absolutely free. To use a coupon or online deal, simply click on the link to go directly to the store website. After you finish discount shopping, enter the coupon code or promotional code into the coupon or deal box during checkout. If no code is entered in the "Coupon Code" field, click through the link and the discount will be reflected at checkout. Before you finish checkout process, make sure that discounts, free shipping or freebies offers are applied to your order. You then save money with free online coupons.

(2) Problem with Deals or Coupons

If you have problems getting the deal or coupon posted at Dealzin.com, there are some possible reasons:
  • (a) The deal or coupon may have expired, check the expiration date. Coupons and deals may expire earlier than expected for some reaons. For instance. some merchants may discontinue a deal or coupon before the expiration date, or the item was sold out faster and is no longer available, or the estimated expiration date posted at our site is not correct. Merchants do not specify exact expiration dates for some coupons and deals as they offer coupons or deals with a maximum redemption quota.
  • (b) Those coupons and deals that have expiration date "Unknown" may expire any time without notice. Double check the discount price for them and make sure those are what you expect before you place an order. Even the discount price may change up or down quickly, especially for those Tech deals from Tigerdirect.
  • (c) Another reason may be due to our mistake. The deal or coupon link is broken, or the description of the deal or coupon is not entirely correct. Sometimes the merchant may send us wrong links and descriptions and we have not found them out. We would try our best to make sure everything is correct, but mistakes do happen sometimes. We are not responsible for any problem or inaccuracy or mistake at this site. It's your responsibility to double check everything before you place your order. See our term of conditions.

(3) Why is it slow to browse the pages at Dealzin.com sometimes?

This may be due to a few causes. The internet may be busy, or you are using a low-speed internet service, or there may be so many visitors that the web server can not handle all the requests in time. This may happen to all the web servers. We currently have our website hosted on a third-party server. So we can't guarantee that the page downloading is perfect. We are not responsible for any slowness of the web pages from Dealzin.com if that happens.

(5) Why do some coupons or deals stop working or discounts change?

Coupons are properties of respective merchants. They may discontinue coupons before the expiration date, or may not specify an exact expiration date. Dealzin.com does not and can not guarantee that the coupons and promotional codes received from the merchants will always work. But if you encounter a non-working coupon or deal, please let us know or post on our forums.
